2002 UX25

2002 UX25

Discovered recently in 2002, 2002 UX25 is a candidate dwarf planet that resides in the Kuiper Belt. Not much is known about the candidate, as only large ground-based telescopes have gathered light from the candidate. The density of 2002 UX25 is lower than the density of water ice, which is not expected at those distances as most objects are made of rocky components. This is still an ongoing issue in mystery of the candidate. More information is expected to be gathered about 2002 UX25 in the future.
